CLOSE UP IN CLASS

Active citizenship begins in the local community — and for many students, that community is the classroom. The Close Up in Class resource libraries help students and teachers investigate current events and long-standing debates, develop real-world skills for community engagement, and research and understand the critical issues facing our democracy. Close Up in Class also provides professional development and resources to support teachers in the facilitation of classroom learning, debate, and discussion.
